Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent copilots using Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools.
- Build and manage custom topics, triggers, and multi-turn dialogues to support dynamic user interactions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored copilot experiences.

- Stay current with new features and best practices in Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform ecosystem.
- Develop reusable components and contribute to a shared agent catalog.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Fx, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Teams integration, and conversational design.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, plugin orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio licensing, environment setup, and cost allocation models.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in building solutions with Power Platform or similar low-code tools.
- Experience in client-facing roles or consulting environments.
- Certifications such as PL-900, AI-900, or MS-4010/4014/4022 are a plus.
