About the role
- Product Owner responsible for defining and prioritizing product enhancements at E-Finances. Offering financial software solutions and ensuring client value with technical stability.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision for your scope.
- Conduct market studies, user interviews and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Maintain continuous watch on industry trends and competing offerings to ensure product competitiveness and relevance.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with business objectives, working closely with the R&D Manager to incorporate technical concerns, technical debt and product stability.
- Build, prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
- Write clear, well-structured user stories with precise acceptance criteria, in the context of critical software requiring rigor and inter-module consistency.
- Work closely with the R&D team (Tech Lead + 3 developers) to ensure pragmatic trade-offs between business value and technical constraints.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and contribute to their continuous improvement.
- Translate business needs into structured, reusable functional specifications.
- Lead product planning in collaboration with Professional Services, Support, Sales and R&D.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) phases in coordination with the relevant teams and contribute to release preparation.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Strong command of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), with a pragmatic approach adapted to the context.
- Significant domain experience in treasury management, banking communications or a financial environment.
- Experience in B2B environments, ideally within the financial sector.
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with products and understand their interactions.
- Good understanding of technical environments (notably the .NET ecosystem and databases) to communicate effectively with R&D.
- Strong analytical skills, prioritization and requirement structuring abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to challenge requests and propose value-oriented solutions while integrating technical and organizational constraints.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to adopt a strategic vision.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers is a plus.
