About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leaders and managers
- Provide HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Lead and support a team of HR Generalists
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Drive labor relations activities and support management during labor discussions
- Promote a strong performance culture through goal setting and accountability
- Engage as a partner in CBA union negotiations and grievances
- Resolve complex employee relations matters
- Maintain strong relationships with union leadership
- Work proactively to advance inclusion and diversity goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years of HR experience
- Demonstrated labor relations experience supporting a unionized workforce
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Authorization to work in the United States
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred
