Responsibilities
Provide advice and sparring to the regional management team and managers on all employment law, personnel, and HR-strategic matters
Establish, manage and further develop efficient HR processes, structures and standards in a decentralized organization
Define, analyze and monitor relevant HR KPIs, and derive and track effective measures
Develop and implement performance, talent and succession processes within your area of responsibility
Lead and support employee discussions (e.g., development, conflict, disciplinary and termination conversations)
Provide functional leadership and development of the local HR team and contribute to day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting professionals and managers
Work closely with corporate HR to implement consistent HR strategies, systems and tools
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role
Experience providing strategic and operational advice to managers up to executive level
Strong knowledge of labor and social security law and experience handling complex personnel-related issues
Confident use of modern HR systems, processes, and HR metrics
Strong hands-on mentality with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally
Confident, assertive presence and clear, audience-appropriate, solution-oriented communication
Willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B) are required
