Junior Recruiter supporting recruitment processes for healthcare professionals and students at Arsipa. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and improving candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Support recruiting for specialist positions, particularly Medical Assistants (MFA) and students in dual-study programs
Active sourcing and initial direct outreach to candidates
Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the application process
Work closely with hiring managers and assist in the selection process
Collaborate with external recruiting partners
Maintain and document records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support the analysis of recruiting metrics and the optimization of processes
Contribute to the development of candidate experience and employer branding
Requirements
Some practical experience in recruiting, ideally in active sourcing or candidate outreach
Solid knowledge of active sourcing and a good sense for approaching talent
Experience working with ATS and common recruiting tools
Strong communication skills and the ability to professionally advise hiring managers
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Excellent German skills; good English skills are a plus
Nice to have: experience recruiting in occupational health / company medical services
Experience building scalable recruiting structures
Knowledge of employer branding or recruitment marketing
Affinity for KPIs and data-driven recruiting
