Responsibilities

  • Support for executives in correspondence and calendar management
  • Creation and management of personnel and financial documents
  • Preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings
  • Travel management
  • Processing and verification of various invoices
  • Communication with internal and external contacts
  • Participation in special projects

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in an assistant role or a comparable position
  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Confident user of MS Office and other common office software
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills, combined with an independent and structured way of working
  • Team player, reliable and responsible
  • Business-fluent German in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
