About the role
- Recruiter leading talent acquisition efforts at ARC’TERYX focusing on Brand, Merchandise, and Creative teams. Collaborating with leadership to ensure effective hiring processes in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the attraction and acquisition of talent focused on Brand, Merchandise, and Creative teams.
- Partner with people leaders to identify business needs and match them with talent.
- Advocate for processes that contribute to excellent candidate experience.
- Full cycle recruitment for designated business areas.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidate skills.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure clear decision-making.
- Managing external/internal postings and maintaining candidate records.
- Supporting new employee onboarding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in a complex, global environment.
- You have built customized recruitment strategies and can work autonomously.
- You have strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable personality, and a desire and ability to build strong relationships with a customer-service focused mentality.
