About the role
- Associate Technical Director managing Rail Structures projects for Arcadis in India. Leading strategic pursuits and delivering high-quality projects in partnership with global teams.
Responsibilities
- This role is strategic to the UK Rail business of Mobility.
- Managing and supporting the pursuit of business opportunities and successful execution of projects.
- Combination of technical competencies, exposure to UK Mobility projects, strategic thinking, people and project management skills.
- Delivering projects to the expected quality, time, budget and possible value addition.
- Ensuring effective communication and coordination between all team members.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience on international multi-disciplinary Rail, Highway, Civil & Structural, Metro and Infrastructure projects.
- Must have worked in a prior senior structural engineering role to understand and evaluate the scope of UK projects.
- Chartership with ICE or IStructE.
- Proficient in written communication and capable of creating project communications.
- Familiarity with UK construction industry and Arcadis' service offerings.
- Strong organizational, coordination and strategic decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse disciplines and support resource acquisition initiatives.
