About the role

Senior Solution Architect managing technical partnerships, ensuring platform performance for over 100 million users at adjoe. Collaborating across teams with modern technologies like Golang.

Responsibilities

Technical strategy & implementation: You shape the technical roadmap for our partners, develop new solutions together with them, and validate everything through hands-on tests to ensure smooth operation before a full rollout.
Coordination of the joint roadmap: You oversee the entire technical product lifecycle of our partnerships, coordinate the rollout of complex features, and manage technical integrations.
Root-cause analysis and proactive risk mitigation: You dig deep during troubleshooting to identify integration issues through thorough root-cause analysis and resolve them early—before they endanger partner revenue.
Data-driven advisory: You use SQL and Python (or other tools) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets and translate raw data into technical narratives that help partners achieve their KPIs.
Voice of the customer: You translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal product teams to enable global scalability.

You have at least 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture) within AdTech, SaaS, or Big Tech—preferably with a focus on mobile.
Technical architect: You effortlessly turn high-level requirements into precise specifications. You have a broad technical skill set: from deep dives into SDK initialization and REST latency with the Product Owner to hands-on debugging of HTML/JavaScript.
Data & analytics: You love data and are proficient in SQL and data visualizations. Using dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, or Kibana, you not only uncover the "why" behind the numbers but also translate insights into strategic decisions.
Mobile expertise (plus): You bring Java knowledge or experience in mobile app development. SDK integration issues are something you resolve almost instinctively.
Cross-functional leader: As a natural team player, you confidently facilitate collaboration between Engineering and Product Management to find the best solutions, even during critical phases.
