Responsibilities
Manage processes and prepare relevant documents throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development and offboarding
Own responsibility for process improvements and individual projects within the function
Manage employee data for Germany in local and global HR systems, e.g. AZS Zeitwirtschaft and Oracle Fusion
Support global compensation processes by preparing reports and validating data
Prepare payroll in cooperation with the payroll service provider
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR processes and systems
Plan and coordinate the apprenticeship program (vocational training for freight forwarding and logistics clerks)

Requirements
Commercial vocational training or equivalent, ideally with a focus on HR
Initial experience in a commercial role desirable, with strong organizational skills
Ideally some prior HR experience
Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
Analytical skills, attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
Strong time-management, organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good Excel skills and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office
