  • Associate Manager integrating strategic excellence in automotive and digital transformation projects at a leading consultancy. Responsible for team coordination, project leadership, and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects in the automotive and digitalization domains.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams.
  • Build state-of-the-art knowledge and develop relevant topic areas.
  • Deliver presentations and facilitate workshops.
  • Develop practical, actionable solutions and perform data-driven analyses.
  • Mentor and develop project team members and build high performers.
  • Actively contribute to the company’s cultural and personnel growth.
  • Proactively drive business development and project acquisition.

Requirements

  • University degree, e.g., Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Several years of relevant full-time experience in management or strategy consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree: minimum 4–5 years of professional experience.
  • Master's degree: minimum 3–4 years of professional experience.
  • Solid project experience within consulting, including participation in business development activities.
  • Experience structuring complex problems and delegating responsibilities within project teams.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites (several times per week).
  • Fluent German and English.
