Product Designer collaborating with design, product, and engineering to enhance the &Open platform for global gifting. Driving research and solution development for impactful user experiences.
Responsibilities
You’ll work on the &Open platform for senders, our tools for creating custom gifts, the digital experience for recipients, and our integrations with third party tools (eg. CRMs).
You’ll work in a trio of Design, Product, and Engineering.
You’ll advocate for your design perspective, be pragmatic when you need to, always focused on the problems we’re trying to solve.
Collaborate with the Head of Product on customer research, contributing to how we define the problems we solve.
Drive solutioning with the team.
Support your team while they build the solution, and have an eye for detail when testing.

Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Product Design roles in SaaS or retail software.
You have three or four projects that you’ve worked on completely end to end and can talk about the impact you had.
Experience of working directly with customers and driving research.
You’re at home with ambiguity and can collaborate with a wide range of people to go from a well-defined problem to a solution that we’ll build.
Ideally, you have experience of co-building with customers.
You know what it means to support a fast-moving team of Engineers.
You’re experienced with tools like Figma, Miro, and Notion.
You’re no stranger to using gen AI to speed up your work.
