About the role
- Product Designer designing user flows focusing on conversion. Creating landing pages and analyzing user behavior while supporting the design system in Figma.
Responsibilities
- Проєктувати користувацькі флоу для веб-продукту з фокусом на конверсію;
- Створювати лендінги та маркетингові сторінки, які конвертують, і постійно покращувати їх на основі даних;
- Генерувати гіпотези разом з продуктовою командою, готувати варіанти для A/B тестів та аналізувати їхній вплив на воронку;
- Працювати з аналітикою — дивитися на поведінку користувачів, знаходити проблемні місця та пропонувати рішення;
- Підтримувати та розвивати дизайн-систему у Figma, слідкувати за консистентністю
Requirements
- Розуміння основ UX/UI: чому елемент стоїть саме тут, як працює ієрархія, композиція, типографіка
- Впевнена робота у Figma: компоненти, auto layout, варіанти
- Візуальне чуття й увага до деталей
- Бажання швидко вчитися й рости в продуктовому дизайні
- Портфоліо з кейсами (pet-проєкти теж ок), де видно хід думки, а не лише фінальні макети
- Було б плюсом: розуміння того, як працюють воронки й конверсія; розуміння базових продуктових метрик (ARPU, Retention, DAU тощо); розуміння Data-Driven та MVP-підходів.
