- Lead and scale a high-performance squad of 4+ UX/UI designers.

Requirements
- 7+ years in Product/UX Design, with 3+ years leading teams specifically within Fintech, Banking, or Crypto.
- You’ve shipped regulated financial products across multiple jurisdictions (EU, UAE/GCC, CIS).
- You have an exceptional body of work showcasing both high-level product thinking and world-class brand/marketing aesthetics.
- Expert-level Figma skills and a passion for AI-assisted design tools.
- Fluent English is a must. Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is a major plus for internal synergy.
