Responsibilities
Create UX patterns that clarify why campaigns perform, how ads are delivered, and which signals drive optimizations
Translate high-level product vision into detailed workflow models
Define UX north stars and experience blueprints for critical user journeys
Lead end-to-end UX for ad-tech features including campaign planning and execution
Translate decisioning logic into explainable UI surfaces
Represent complex mechanics through insights, notifications, and visualizations
Leverage influence to champion user-centric outcomes
Partner with engineering to map dependencies
Mentor and guide junior designers
Requirements
7 + years' experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product design and ad tech expertise
Expert skills in UX and product design
Advanced proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
Proven ability to effectively use data and insights to set direction and communicate approach
Skilled at balancing near-term delivery with long-term vision
Comfortable exploring and using emerging AI-powered tools
