- Understand user friction points through qualitative research and data analysis
- Contribute to the design and optimization of user journeys and interfaces
- Collaborate with Feature Teams to ensure UX consistency and impact
- Help disseminate UX best practices through workshops
Requirements
- Enrolled in a UX Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent program
- Curious and passionate about user research, design thinking, and product strategy
- Prior experience with Figma or other design tools is a plus
- Ability to communicate design decisions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world UX challenges
