Responsibilities
Own implementation projects from kick-off through go-live, managing the full lifecycle and working directly with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Gather and document requirements through virtual meetings, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process reviews, use cases, and workflow analysis.
Communicate and collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to understand information needs and functional requirements.
Analyze information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, break down complex details, and identify true business needs beyond stated requests.
Partner with technical teams and subject matter experts to define technical vision and evaluate trade-offs between usability and performance.
Provide support to end users for web-based applications and escalate issues when necessary.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, simple language for non-technical audiences.
Perform workflow and functionality gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate efforts across business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
2-5 years relevant work experience
Professional and positive attitude
Ability to manage time efficiently, thoroughness and ability to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and meeting management skills
Proven experience leading implementation projects from kick-off through go-live
Knowledge of systems integration and the system development lifecycle
Experience in running software related projects, preferably multiple projects at once
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project
