Requirements
- 7+ years in the financial service industry
- experience using data and analytics to drive and inform strategy
- Degree, experience, or equivalent experience in a quantitative analysis field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Business)
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, analyzing large data sets, modeling, and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in Tableau, Power BI etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate efficiently with Finance and colleagues across different levels of the organization
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, working independently to perform most analyses.
- Comfortable working through ambiguous asks and ideas from concept to delivery
- Ability to respond to shifting priorities while maintaining progress of regularly scheduled work
