Senior Performance and Business Analyst providing insights and dashboards for Hospitality Commercial Operations. Analyzing and optimizing commercial performance with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
Consolidate commercial targets for Hospitality product lines managed through regional sales organisations.
Support planning cycles such as annual budgets, long‑term plans, and business plans.
Monitor KPIs, financial performance and commercial commitments.
Deliver insights, variance analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Build, enhance and maintain Qlik dashboards and data models used across the organisation.
Prepare performance reports, executive scorecards and analytical summaries.
Analyse product, regional and commercial performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Partner with regional sales teams and commercial operations teams to support strategic and tactical decisions.
Conduct product‑level analysis on adoption, usage, revenue drivers and regional differences.
Support alignment between product strategy, commercial execution and performance metrics.
Map, formalise and optimise processes related to planning, reporting and KPI tracking.
Define and monitor process‑efficiency indicators.
Recommend improvements, tools and best practices to strengthen operational effectiveness.
Support internal and external audits when required.
Prepare presentations for leadership teams, covering strategy, performance and commercial activity.
Collaborate with training teams to maintain documentation and process materials.
Coordinate key communication activities with corporate communication teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics or a related field — or equivalent experience.
Advanced expertise in Qlik and Qlik Cloud, including data modelling, dashboard creation, set analysis and performance optimisation.
Strong analytical, quantitative and critical‑thinking skills.
Ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
High proficiency with BI and planning tools (Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar).
Strong process orientation and continuous‑improvement mindset.
Interest in user‑experience optimisation and AI‑driven analytical automation is a plus.
Understanding of financial processes such as budgeting and performance cycles.
Experience in analytics, performance management, business planning or commercial operations.
Strong command of English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
