Responsibilities
Responsibility for a defined asset portfolio in the Eastern region
Ensure claim management and independently conduct negotiations
Support ensuring operations are compliant with permits/authorizations
Contract management, including monitoring contract terms and durations
Prepare performance analyses (e.g., availability, downtime) and develop optimization measures
Review and approve invoices
Point of contact for partners, authorities, landowners, grid operators and other stakeholders
Monthly reporting for the portfolio
Analyze regulatory frameworks and industry trends and identify required actions
Contribute to the further development and digitalization of asset management
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in wind energy
Solid knowledge of wind turbine technology and contract/claim management
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
Assertiveness, negotiation skills and strong analytical abilities
Team player with strong communication skills and initiative
Structured and organized working style
Willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B; BE advantageous)
Fluent German and English (business-level proficiency)
