Responsibilities
Drive and accelerate the company's growth.
Define and execute the overall revenue growth strategy.
Lead the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements
Proven experience as a senior commercial leader (VP of Sales or CRO) in B2B SaaS for major international brands.
Experience growing revenue from complex operations (workflows or campaigns) incorporating AI.
Ability to make data-informed decisions.
Strong leadership skills to coach and develop high-performing teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action; comfortable operating in the ambiguity of a scale-up environment.
Fluent in French and English (required).
