CRO Analytics role optimizing user experience and driving sales conversions at Bidcom's e-commerce. Leveraging data analysis and testing to enhance the digital sales funnel.
Responsibilities
Maximizar la eficiencia del embudo de ventas digital de bidcom.com.ar y gadnic.com.ar, detectando fricciones en la experiencia de compra y liderando experimentos de A/B Testing que impulsen la Tasa de Conversión (CR), el Ticket Promedio (AOV) y el crecimiento rentable del negocio.
Analizar el comportamiento de usuarios con GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar o Clarity.
Evaluar el funnel completo: Home → PLP → PDP → Carrito → Checkout.
Detectar puntos de fuga, fricciones de UX/UI y oportunidades de mejora.
Monitorear KPIs clave: CR, rebote, abandono de carrito y checkout.
Segmentar insights por canal, dispositivo, tipo de usuario (nuevo/recurrente).
Diseñar y liderar el Roadmap de Experimentación del ecommerce.
Plantear hipótesis basadas en datos y ejecutar A/B, multivariados y split tests.
Optimizar landings, fichas de producto, pricing, CTAs, promociones, carrito y checkout.
Trabajar en conjunto con Diseño y Desarrollo para implementar mejoras ganadoras.
Requirements
Experiencia en Ecommerce / Retail Digital.
Dominio de Google Analytics (idealmente GA4) : Funnels, eventos, conversiones y segmentaciones.
Experiencia en CRO y metodologías de experimentación.
A/B testing y multivariado (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize – legacy).
Manejo de Google Sheets y creación de dashboards.
Lectura e interpretación de métricas: Conversion Rate, AOV, Revenue, Bounce, Engagement, Funnel drop-off.
Uso de heatmaps y session recordings (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.).
Conocimientos básicos de validación estadística (significancia, sample size).
