Requirements
+5 años liderando estrategias de CRO o growth con impacto directo en negocio.
Experiencia real optimizando funnels complejos (idealmente eCommerce o modelos híbridos).
Dominio de analítica digital (GA4, herramientas de comportamiento, CRM).
Capacidad para conectar datos con decisiones estratégicas.
Experiencia trabajando en entornos exigentes, ágiles y de alto crecimiento.
Nivel alto de español e inglés.
