- Responsibility for the end-to-end recruiting process from requirement intake to contract signing
- Active sourcing and targeted approach of specialists and managers, primarily in engineering

- Building, developing and optimizing efficient recruiting processes
- Defining, analyzing and evaluating key recruiting KPIs for process control and performance measurement
- Evaluating and implementing new recruiting technologies, including AI-based tools
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, (Business) Psychology or comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a consultancy or a mid-sized company with an engineering focus
- Solid experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience using innovative recruiting methods (e.g., AI-supported recruiting, social media & active sourcing)
- Strong communication skills
- High level of initiative

- Enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
