Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR.
- Up to 1 year’s experience in an HR/recruitment related role. This can be achieved during a work placement or post graduation.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools (e.g., sourcing tools, automation platforms, assistant schedulers).
- Comfortable working with data and technology to support decision‑making.
- Passion for early‑career talent development and diversity in hiring.
- CIPD qualified
- Experience using ATS or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with AI‑supported recruitment platforms (e.g automated scheduling, talent intelligence tools).
- Understanding of behavioral interviewing or competency‑based assessment.
- Experience delivering presentations or facilitating group assessments.
