Responsibilities
Senior member of our Business Development team prospecting new business opportunities across the North of the UK
Qualify and convert incoming inquiries
Represent Allpress and our values to clients
Visit clients around the North, enhancing their coffee offering
Build rapport with business owners and collaborate with the team to forge long-term partnerships
Work closely with Events and Brand team to generate leads and connect with businesses
Requirements
1-2 years experience working in Sales
Self-motivated to seek out and win new business
Passionate about speciality coffee and an interest in the barista/cafe market
Ability to build rapport with people and bring a strong network of hospitality businesses
Highly developed communication skills
Genuinely enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to navigate challenging conversations
Comfortable negotiating
Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to travel long distances, comfortable driving and a full clean driving license
Good eye for detail
Must be based in Manchester or surrounding area
