Independently manage multiple clients and (Junior) HR Business Partners, ultimately taking responsibility for the entire region

Establish HR processes and practices for new or selected clients
Advise managers on all personnel-related matters
Provide operational HR support as needed

Requirements
Degree from a university or university of applied sciences, preferably with a focus in Human Resources
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience
Combination of consulting and in-house HR experience
Business-fluent English
Confident, persuasive presence
Self-motivated with strong teamwork and communication skills
Strong advisory skills; structured and goal-oriented working style
