Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth for X by aligning advertiser business goals with platform solutions through a consultative sales approach.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, agencies, and direct clients in the local market.
Craft compelling proposals and presentations leveraging data, insights, and market trends to deliver strategic media solutions.
Owner of campaign delivery and reporting. Provide actionable insight to clients and sales with quantitative and qualitative analysis on campaign performance drivers (products, budget, costs, and creatives efficiency metrics against defined KPIs) and delivery.
Partner with Aleph’s internal sales organization to onboard priority accounts and elevate clients to preferred partner status.
Lead client conversations, workshops, and presentations — becoming a trusted advisor and X product champion.
Own and be fully accountable for quarterly and annual revenue targets, pipeline management, and growth objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategic initiatives and operational projects, ensuring client success and business growth.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
Established relationships with local market advertisers, agencies, and decision-makers.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, mobile advertising, and ideally, experience with auction-based/self-serve advertising solutions.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills — comfortable presenting to clients and large audiences.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative thinker with a collaborative spirit, energetic personality, and goal-oriented attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
