Senior Account Director overseeing client portfolios and driving strategic client growth at Akcelo. Managing relationships with famous brands while mentoring the team and ensuring deliverables meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Overseeing senior client relationships within assigned portfolio
Building and growing new and existing client relationships
Developing strategic client growth plans to exceed revenue targets and broaden service offering
Preparing accurate client forecasts and implementing strategic client growth plans to meet and exceed these forecasts
Meeting clients regularly to understand business problems, and opportunities
Overseeing the successful onboarding of new clients and retention of existing
Motivating the Akcelo team around the clients business goals, being an advocate for the client inside the agency
Preparing all client presentation decks, scopes and project plans
Overseeing the delivery of all work and implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure alignment to timings and budget
Seeking new opportunities to provide additional services to clients where appropriate including activating the right Akcelo capability to assist the client with any brief that they require, or might require in the future
Mentoring, growing and overseeing junior team members as required.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience overseeing client portfolios within an agency environment
