Responsibilities
You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, perform analyses of revenue, margins, cost structures and profitability, and develop management dashboards and KPI systems.
You are responsible for budget planning, the forecasting process, preparing business cases and conducting profitability analyses.
You assume the technical and disciplinary leadership of the controlling team and ensure efficient collaboration and the professional development of team members.
You analyze product margins and contribution margins, manage marketing and promotion budgets, monitor pricing strategies and trade margins, and control supply chain, production and logistics costs.
You are responsible for the further development of controlling processes and reporting structures, as well as the optimization of ERP and BI systems.
You work very closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Executive Management, perform financial assessments of new products, markets and sales channels, and support investment decisions.
Requirements
You hold a degree in business administration and have several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the FMCG sector.
You have prior experience as a team lead in a controlling environment.
Deep understanding of ERP systems (Infor advantageous) and very strong Excel skills.
You demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and a hands-on mentality.
You have fluent German and English skills.
