Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of queries via Intercom.
  • Creative problem solving to troubleshoot issues.
  • Become an expert in the platform and use AI tools.
  • Synthesize user feedback into insights for Product teams.
  • Maintain high standards for data integrity, privacy, and safety.
