About the role

  • Responsible Customer Service Representative at Cemex processing orders and addressing inquiries. Collaborating with teams to ensure quality service within the building materials industry.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process customer orders and credit card transactions through our centralized call system
  • Manage a high volume of calls with a focus on service excellence
  • Collaborate with quality control, sales, and production teams to guarantee timely delivery and service of products
  • Address customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions
  • Willingness to spend time observing the production process at facilities or jobsite to get product knowledge

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in dispatching in a similar industry
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Proven track record of meetings and exceeding service standards
  • Proficient in the use of smartphones, digital tools, and app management across both IOS and Android platforms
  • Advanced skills in MS Office suite
  • Bilingual (desirable)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent writing, strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to details, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
