Responsibilities
Take charge of and resolve incidents related to systems, networks, databases, authentication, security and cloud environments
Provide telephone support to our clients
Track call handling and contribute to optimizing incident resolution processes
Write procedures to feed our knowledge base
Work on client environments around the Cloud M365 offering, our Cloud offers and On-Premise solutions
Requirements
Minimum Bac +2 education (BTS in IT management, DUT in networks and telecommunications)
First substantial experience in an IT support role
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems, virtualization, databases (SQL Server), Microsoft 365, access rights management (Active Directory)
Basic skills in networking, security, remote access and backup solutions
Passion for the IT sector, curiosity and interest in technological developments
Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Thoroughness and proactive mindset
English proficiency is a plus.
