Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support for Stratasys 3D printing systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and application-related issues
Deliver on-site technical support until issues are fully resolved, ensuring minimal customer downtime
Perform on-site system installation, commissioning, and operator training
Escalate critical issues promptly to the Team Leader or Manager with clear documentation
Prepare timely and accurate service reports for customer support management
Participate in special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and company programs as needed
Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and technical expertise
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification
Minimum 5+ years of field service experience in a technical support capacity
