Responsibilities
Provide precise technical inputs to the Planning team
Assess and prioritize blade damage repairs
Deliver first-line expert technical support to Service teams
Collaborate closely with global technical counterparts
Validate and configure blade work instructions
Identify appropriate spare parts and technical documentation
Perform on-site guidance, mentoring, and quality control
Document all repair actions thoroughly
Participate in client-facing discussions to resolve technical issues
Provide technical assessments and arguments to the Sales team
Proactively capture field learnings and recurring failure modes
Requirements
Technical education such as Electrical or Mechanical
An engineering background would be beneficial
Strong background in blade repair techniques and best practices
Extensive expertise in blade repair
Advanced PC skills - SAP, Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of composites
Good communication skills in English, both oral and in writing
