Responsibilities
Recibir llamadas y atender clientes vía telefónica para ofrecer algún beneficio o promoción con la intención de retener al usuario en la compañía.
Requirements
Experiencia de 6 meses en cross selling, ventas, atc, cobranzas, etc por call center.
Disponibilidad de trabajar 8h + 1h break en un rango de 7am a 7pm y descansar un día rotativo semanal.
Facilidad de trabajar 1 mes presencial en Magdalena del Mar y luego desde casa hibrido (remoto 3 semanas y presencial 1 semana).
Tener PC/Laptop para capacitaciones remotas y gestión hibrida al 2do mes.
