Responsibilities
As our Account Executive DACH, you play a key role in driving revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives that secure our long-term success.
You contribute significantly to the success of our platform by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
You take ownership of the entire sales process and the strategic growth of your markets.
You manage the full sales cycle – from initial outreach and presentations to negotiations and successful closing with new brand and agency partners.
You develop and implement an effective acquisition strategy (email, cold calling, networking) to build a strong, qualified pipeline.
In close collaboration with the leadership team, you shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for the DACH region.
You consistently meet and ideally exceed your quarterly revenue targets.
You lead contract negotiations confidently and build sustainable, long-term partnerships.
You represent the company at key industry events and organize roadshows.
Requirements
Initial professional experience (up to 5 years) in inside sales, outbound sales and/or field sales or in a similar client-facing role, ideally at a fast-growing, dynamic company (technology, consumer goods, or hospitality).
Experience identifying business opportunities, conducting negotiations, and successfully closing contracts.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluent in German and English.
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-initiative.
Prior experience specifically in the AdTech or digital media industry is a plus.
