Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales
Minimum of 2 years managing BDR/SDR teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working with sales and marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Demonstrated ability to guide and inspire a team
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams that achieve targets and drive pipeline growth
Collaborative approach to achieve shared goals
