Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities
  • Prospect target accounts across multiple channels
  • Research each prospect’s business model and challenges
  • Craft highly personalised outreach
  • Initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers
  • Generate interest in Pacera’s solutions
  • Book high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Manage inbound leads
  • Respond quickly and professionally to new enquiries
  • Qualify opportunities based on fit, needs, urgency, and budget
  • Guide prospects through early discovery

Requirements

  • 1.5–3+ years of BDR, SDR, or outbound sales experience (tech/SaaS preferred)
  • Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding outbound KPIs
  • Experience booking meetings with mid-market or enterprise decision-makers
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach daily
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex value propositions
  • Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with workflow automation, AI, or operations software.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar.
  • Prior experience using WhatsApp or conversational channels for sales.
  • Understanding of operational inefficiencies and digital transformation trends.
