Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns, thought leadership, and sales enablement materials that resonate with buyer personas.
Mentor and coach junior business staff, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record (typically 7+ years) in business development or senior sales roles within technology, cloud, or software services organizations.
Strong experience managing complex government sales cycles, including solution selling, executive stakeholder engagement, and business negotiation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical and business value clearly to diverse audiences.
Demonstrable ability to develop strategic account plans, build pipeline, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Financial literacy with experience assessing deal profitability, pricing models, and business risk.
Comfortable working in a matrixed, collaborative environment with delivery and technical teams to shape proposals and offers.
