About the role
- Vice President of Product leading product development to solve global challenges for the tech and intelligence industries. Collaborating with teams to ensure client-focused product strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy across Strider’s platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Lead and grow the product team, providing mentorship, setting clear goals, and establishing scalable processes for high performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, client success, and intelligence teams to drive innovation and delivery across the product suite (including Ranger, Sentry, Shield, and Checkpoint).
- Drive customer discovery and market research to ensure products are intuitive, impactful, and differentiated.
- Own product lifecycle processes—from vision to launch to growth—while championing product excellence at every stage.
- Develop business cases and prioritization frameworks that balance client value, market opportunity, and strategic differentiation.
- Evangelize the product roadmap internally and externally, including with executive stakeholders, prospects, and clients.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with marketing, sales, and business development, enabling product-led growth and client adoption.
- Contribute to Strider’s leadership team, helping shape the direction of the company and scale our impact globally.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in SaaS, data, or cybersecurity.
- Technical background with and exposure to utilizing AI and Machine Learning
- Proven success in building and scaling product teams and leading cross-functional product development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in product strategy, market analysis, user research, and full lifecycle management—from ideation to launch to iteration.
- Strong technical fluency; comfortable partnering with engineering on product architecture and scalability.
- Track record of delivering user-centric products that meet client needs while advancing long-term strategic objectives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, inspire teams, and influence executive stakeholders.
- Experience with B2B or B2G clients (particularly in national security, intelligence, or research sectors) is a strong plus.
