- Lead cross-functional teams to test, validate, and scale new technology initiatives
- Drive development of reusable platforms, AI/ML pipelines, and blockchain-based solutions that can be adopted broadly
- Advise senior leaders on technology investments, emerging risks, and innovation opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with cloud providers, fintech partners, LLM providers, blockchain innovators, and research institutions

- Mentor junior technologists across FCAT
Requirements
- 10 years of experience supporting software-as-a-service businesses and experience with data protection, digital asset, and AI related laws and regulations
- Familiarity with or interest in learning about SEC, FINRA, FTC, CFTC and/or state level rules and regulation
- 15 years of experience or equivalent with a preference for a background in financial services, data analytics and AI
- Intellectual curiosity, passion for learning, and the ability to collaborate with teams focused on advanced data-science based technologies
- Ability to build relationships with decision makers and senior leaders across the organization
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading complex technology initiatives, cloud transformations, and applied AI programs
- Strong understanding of scalable architectures, AI/ML lifecycles, distributed systems, and emerging security approaches
- Background in building partnerships and working within innovation ecosystems
- Practical, forward-looking mindset with a focus on real business outcomes.
