Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design processes for complex, cross-platform projects (web, mobile, responsive)
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers in Agile or Lean environments to define and deliver exceptional user experiences
Conduct and integrate user research , usability testing, and iterative feedback into the design process
Build, maintain, and scale design systems , ensuring consistency and usability across products
Produce detailed case studies and design documentation articulating problems, processes, and outcomes
Create modern, responsive, and visually compelling interfaces using advanced design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture
Present design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels
Stay up to date on emerging design trends , tools, and methods, and contribute to the broader design community (e.g., speaking engagements, articles)
Requirements
5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
Proven track record designing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, responsive)
Strong portfolio featuring detailed case studies (not just final visuals) demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and measurable outcomes
Hands-on experience with design systems and scalable UI component libraries
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and iterative design
Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating with developers and product managers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale
