Responsibilities
- Coordinate downstream B2B transport
- Prepare the daily downstream transport schedule between continental platforms and BU warehouses
- Charter trucks while systematically optimizing routes and load fill (m³ / linear meters)
- Manage transport plans during public holidays
- Monitor the consistency and reliability of transport planning
- Verify carrier invoices and ensure escalation of logistics disputes
- Participate in performance reviews with stakeholders (carriers, digital team, projects)
Requirements
- Associate degree (Bac+2) in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Initial experience (internship, apprenticeship or employment) in transport coordination, with a carrier, service provider or shipper
- Clear understanding of B2B logistics challenges
- Attention to detail, responsiveness, strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to complex situations
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with IT systems
