Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and operational management of Mobile Integrated Health programs across your assigned geographic region of Indiana.
- Coordinate with EMS agencies, hospitals, community health organizations, and state stakeholders to expand community paramedicine and MIH services in rural areas.
- Manage program timelines, facilitate regional stakeholder engagement, track performance metrics, and report progress to leadership.
- This is a field-intensive role requiring regular travel within your assigned districts, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of EMS and healthcare delivery systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in EMS, healthcare operations, public health, or MIH-related program management
- Strong stakeholder engagement, coordination, and communication skills
- Familiarity with regional healthcare or EMS systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently across agencies
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.
