Requirements
3+ years of sales leadership experience developing and leading a team of seven or more quota-carrying Account Executives
a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Alliances, and Services to drive alignment and results
A natural curiosity about the evolving AI and agentic landscape
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to guide your team through complex, multi-stakeholder deals
