About the role

  • MSP Channel Manager leading partner program development and growth for No-IP. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment based in Reno, NV.

Responsibilities

  • Build & Run No-IP’s MSP Channel: Find, onboard and grow the right partners
  • (30%) Partner Recruitment: Develop & Own Key Relationships
  • (30%) Marketplace Development (With or Through): Pax8, ConnectWise, N-able, AppDirect, Kaseya/Datto, and Sherweb.
  • (10%) Collaborate: Work with product, sales, and finance to sort out packaging, SKUs, and pricing for each platform.
  • (15%) Create Sales Content: Solution Briefs, Co-Marketing, and Playbooks
  • (15%) Channel Engagement: Build out user groups and show up where MSPs hang out (Reddit, Discord, etc).

Requirements

  • 12+ years in channel/alliances/partner management (B2B, SaaS, or infrastructure)
  • Hands-on experience with MSP marketplaces (Pax8, ConnectWise, N-able, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in DNS, DDNS, Managed DNS, remote access, and RMM/PSA

  • $130,000–$140,000 base salary
  • Annual bonus up to 10% tied to channel performance
