Territory Manager responsible for outside sales in Central and Southern NJ market for Ritchie Bros. Driving customer relationships and managing existing accounts while seeking new business.
Responsibilities
responsible for proactively prospecting and cold calling new customers
manage existing accounts
selling various multi-channel solutions
source and grow sales with new business and support existing business
develop assigned territory by building and maintaining the Playbook and utilizing the CRM (Salesforce)
attend auction sales and meet customers and colleagues
travel overnight approximately 5 to 7 days per month to cover the territory
perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role, and a consistent track record of meeting / exceeding quotas
valid driver’s license and clean driver’s record
Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred
Experience in quota-driven sales required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships
