Team Lead Deal Operations managing Global Quoting Team at KnowBe4, enhancing quote efficiency and team performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Guide and support the Global Quoting Team, helping to resolve issues and ensure high-quality output
Help monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Assist in ensuring team compliance with company policies
Help cultivate a positive team culture promoting collaboration and customer-centricity
Provide input on hiring, advancement, and team member development
Generate accurate and competitive quotes
Assist with SOWs for customization and managed services
Identify potential add-on/upgrade opportunities and alert sellers accordingly
Create prorated add-on, upgrade or cross-sale opportunities
Update quotes when proration expires
Execute post-sale admin and order routing forms
Log and monitor stats on a daily/weekly basis
Collaborate with Manager and Order Processing to develop process improvements
Act as liaison between Global Quoting Team and other departments
Contribute to optimization of quoting tools and systems
Assist Manager in preparing regular reports on team performance and trends
Authority to hire or fire subordinate employees, or the Team Lead Global Quoting Team (New Business) makes suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion or any other change of status of subordinate employees that are given particular weight
Requirements
Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in order processing, quoting, or sales operations within technology/cybersecurity industry
Experience with Google Sheets, Docs & Slides and Salesforce
Proven track record in process improvements and achieving performance targets
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaborative and team work abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to develop cross-functional relationships
