About the role
- Develop and expand business systems focusing on ERP, especially based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central. Participate in migration projects and ensure technical implementation with external systems integration.
Responsibilities

- Migrations- und Transformationsprojekten begleitest du technisch – von NAV zu Business Central.
- Du erweiterst und passt ERP-Module an mittels der Programmierung in AL bzw. C/AL.
- Du integrierst externe Systeme wie BI-Tools oder Archivlösungen.
- Du verantwortest die Datenbankadministration (Microsoft SQL Server) inklusive Monitoring, Backup, Performance-Tuning und Sicherheit.
- Du betreust Windows-Server und übernimmst Software-Installationen sowie Patchmanagement.
- Du unterstützt bei Release-Einführungen und Systemmigrationen.
- Mit anderen Fachbereichen kooperierst du eng etwa hinsichtlich der Analyse und technischen Umsetzung von Anforderungen.
- Systemmigrationen, Release-Wechsel und Benutzerverwaltung gestaltest du aktiv mit.
- Du sorgst für zuverlässiges Monitoring – z. B. mit PowerShell und CheckMK.
- Auch das Archivsystem (d.3) verwaltest du strukturiert und sicher.
Requirements
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. als Fachinformatiker/in für Anwendungsentwicklung oder Systemintegration)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Administration von ERP- und Geschäftssystemen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central sowie in AL/C
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft SQL Server und T-SQL – von der Abfrage bis zur Performance-Optimierung
- Erfahrung in der System- und Serveradministration unter Windows, inkl. Netzwerk- und Berechtigungsstrukturen
- Kenntnisse in Java sowie Erfahrung mit Automatisierung anhand PowerShell
- Vertraut im Umgang mit modernen Entwicklungsumgebungen wie Git und Visual Studio Code, idealerweise auch mit dem .NET-Framework
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigenverantwortung
- Wünschenswert – aber keine Voraussetzung: Kenntnisse in C# oder C++, insbesondere für Analyse- und Berechnungskomponenten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Web-APIs, Webservices sowie gängigen Netzwerkprotokollen
- Know-how im Bereich UI/Visualisierung mit JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML und CSS.
